I can't tell you how many kids I see every evening in the gym lifting weights (going heavy) after getting out of baseball practice. Most if not all play football as well. I also know for a fact these kids are working out during athletic period, then going to practice or a game. Who do you blame then....kids, parents? Not the coaches. -

If it's a true multi-sport athlete, the that kid is going to choose to play and practice every time.
