OK PNG & BH Fans.... I may have screwed up!

It has been brought to my attention that the PNG/BH thread has disappeared.   It seems that when I was trying to delete a post that I decided not to make... I must have deleted it.  My Bad.

 

My apologies to both sides and to this board.

 

The moral of the story... they really shouldn't let me play with the buttons...

I was curious if the thread had got out of hand or something.  It was a fun game to watch, though would of preferred a win.  Good luck to PNG in the next round.

Well, as the originator of the thread, let me make my voice known on this.  When I start an update thread, I intend to be, although some might find this strange, to be strictly for updating scores and game events.  It is not meant for in game comments about coaches, players, the other teams of the refs, or to take a shot at the other school's community.  It is strictly my way of getting updates for an attempt at a real time scoreboard and to get scores to SETXsports broadcasters.  Other things being discussed other than strictly what is happening on the field, I truly do detest as it usually only serves to slow down my efforts to keep folks updated me by having to sludge through crap to get to a bonafide updates.  But thankfully, through the efforts of some, I am able to finally get to information that I can use.

But once the game has ended, I have no further use for the thread as updates on a game that has ended are no longer needed.  But I guess folks need the post mortem so that they can avoid being triggered, so I don't bother closing them.  However, someone will usually do what has apparently happened here which is someone will get so wired up that they post outside the rules necessitating staff intervention.

So Proud, to make this novel a little shorter, if someone is truly disturbed that a thread meant solely to garner game updates disappears after the game had ended, intentionally or not....they can get over it.
