    Not a cure but an option to lower the chances Harvest your own food and drink. Eat/drink your own harvest. Teach your kids to do the same and your grandkids and maybe just maybe several generations later those relatives further down the line the genetics will be better than what they started with

    Because I fully trust the media and internet and WHO and CDC. 😁 i trust what I learned in studying the quran which Muslims follow. Not all Muslims follow it completely….. I suggest you study it. You ll learn some things

    Which is overkill…..I’m sure you know this but the game plan has been practiced and studied by players before this time comes. All players get a scouting folder with opposing teams strengths weaknesses player tendencies etc etc along with how to attack off/def……but the problem is players don’t study it. i always found that time a waste….. “let’s go get warmed up, sweat come back to locker room for a few minutes just to go back out and warm up again” 🤷‍♂️
