Indepents are the group that determines almost every national election. Trump won a lot of Independents who didn’t consider themselves Republicans. That might be why he won.

Very few Democrats aligned themselves with JFK when he was president. Like the Republicans, he was socially, fiscally, and morally conservative. The majority of Democrats were from the south and hated Kennedy. That’s why he wasn’t able to get the Civil Rights and Voting Rights bills passed. When LBJ took over , he used strong arm tactics and blackmail to get get the Southern Democrats to vote the way he wanted them to. There were several gay Senators and congressmen who he threatened to out if they didn’t vote his way. One was Senator Russell from Georgia who was considered the most powerful man in the Senate. He also realized that Blacks were getting more power politically with their civil rights movement And if he gave them a little something they might change from Republican to Democrat. That’s when welfare and Medicare was passed. He gave them just enough to barely pay bills but not enough to get out of poverty. The problem was you couldn’t work and collect this government help, you had to be unemployed. He decided Blacks would rather have the free stuff and stay in poverty but would still vote for Democrats because they were getting something from them. He famously said”I’ll have those N*****s voting Democrat for 200 years. LBJ was right. Blacks realized they had to work to make a decent living but as group they still vote Democrat because they feel they are supposed to. They don’t want to go against the grain even if sometimes it doesn’t make sense.

Not questioning your comment just really would like to know the difference between pro racist and anti black. If they are pro racist why do so many Jews vote Democrat when the Republicans are Israel’s strongest supporter. I’m not sure but I’ve never heard of them getting free stuff and free Obama phones. I guess I’m showing my ignorance but I have a question I really would like answered. I consider myself an Independent. Until 2004 I voted a straight Democratic ticket. I voted Republican in 2004 because Kerry was just way too liberal for me and a traitor to his fellow soldiers. Plus anyone who requests a Purple Heart for a scratch that just needed a bandaid is disrespecting what that medal stands for. I now realize there is little difference between the professional political class, Democrat or Republican. The Democrats were responsible for slavery, the KKK, Jim Crow, the great society, and the 1994 crime bill which incarcerated an enormous number of blacks. More Republicans voted for the Civil Rights Bill and the Voting Righta Bill than Democrats. Congressman John Lewis was arrested over 40 times and beaten by Democrats But still joined the Democratic Party. 90 percent of Blacks vote Democrat. I need someone a lot smarter than me to please explain how the Democratic Party was able to achieve this. They were the party of racism and hate but able to convince Blacks to vote for them. I now know you don’t pay any attention to what a politician says or how he acts but only what he does in office. Most of them will say what they think the voters want to hear and never follow it up with action. If. someone could give me their take on Democratic control of Blacks , it would be appreciated.

I believe that hully gully was called East Bernard's front 7.

I believe the difference in this game will be Newton's team speed. This is one of the fastest defenses I'll ever see in my lifetime. I don't think East Bernard has seen this type of speed on both sides of the ball and as long as Newton has their head on straight we'll be ok. Keep the magic going !

East Bernard only scored 34 points 6 times out of 14 games. That kind of means 8 of the teams they played must have better defenses than Newton. Hope the Bull comes back on here after the game. Must be a kid.

In my opinion Dangerfield fans almost got what they deserved. I believe we may have had a couple TD's called back that I sure would like to see on the board. I'm not hard to please I just can't take the ignorance of a lot of their fans. Great game guys. Let's keep this magical year going.
