  1. Scratching heads for sure! Strange indeed! Congratulations to Port Arthur Chiefs! Played good, smart football and deserved the win!
  2. Whaaat....police were called?? Are you kidding me?
  3. Hats off to you WOS-W for hosting one of the funnest, most respectful youth games I've ever attended! What a pleasure to be a part last night! We felt like family from the fans, from the kids in the stands, from the kids on the field, from parents, and the WO Coches topped the night off with a United prayer in the center of their game field. Field looks nice, btw. Thanks for having us! WOS w 0 lum w 36
  4. Yup whipped our butts. Those Warrior boys are big. Congrats on the win. Hope to meet again.
  5. Ok so now I have two that can school me on why the STJFL is picking on Nederland Blk Sr. And while you're at it, help me understand why more than one concern has come up about Nerderland's unsportsmanlike conduct. You are not ENTITLED to respect when your behavior does not deserve it. And while I'm on my rant, let me wrap up with this... This youth football program is about every KID that signs up to learn to play the awesome game of football. We have been a part of STJFL for many years. In my opinion, some ADULTS need to refocus. As winning is important in any competitive sport, it's not everything at this level. We, as adults, are the leaders. Our priorities should be teaching the kids everything from A to Z, noting there's a lot to learn between A and Z for these young kids. Don't teach them entitlement....ya know.... I can do whatever I want (right or wrong) and then still EXPECT rewards, respect and positive recognition. Some of you ADULTS are teaching them just that through YOUR behavior.
  6. I'm not the one crying about a stacked team, but whatever So the STJFL is just picking on those Bulldogs???? If I were a smart man, I would think the league board would have to PROVE the wrong doing before they give such a consequence. I mean I would think that's common sense, but since I'm clueless, why don't you,PNG fan, help us all understand why the STJFL is picking on ol Nederland?
  7. Interesting because there were a few unsportsmanlike conduct calls on Nederland in the Senior Lumberton/Nederland black game. A Nederland player told one of the Lumberton Coaches to shut up also. Good stuff!!! I wish my kid would.....
  8. Would LOVE to see all of our talent on ONE team too!!! But we followed the rules and kept our registration open...which made for more boys to sign up...which made for two teams...which made for a draft...which made for our talent to be split. It's not rocket science people!! Quit blaming the STJFL! #15 for Ned is amazing and a lot of fun to watch!! Fast like lightning and can move around em all!!! He gets better every year too! Great job kid!!
  9. Yes sir, and may the best team win! All in good fun!! Good luck to all tomorrow!
  10. Ok ok.... When Lumberton stopped "making mistakes," they put more points on the board. Lol That's why we play the game. 14 to 12 at the half. PNG didn't dominate when they weren't "making mistakes"....as the score was 14 to 12 Lumberton WITH 3 Lumberton turnovers. We still came out ahead at the half. Lumberton coach kneed their final possession of the game showing they aren't going to try to score AGAIN because the score was already 34 to 18. PNG got beat!
  11. Lumberton had 3 turnovers in the first half. They moved the ball well, just couldn't hold on to the ball the first half. PNG #25 and #22 (I believe) are top notch!! I wouldn't go as far as to say it was a close game though.... It was an exciting game fought hard by both sides.
