As a basketball coach I believe it is my job to instill qualities in my players that will aid them on and off the court. I coach because I love the game and I want to pass my knowledge along to as many players as I possibly can. I believe that coaches, players, and parents should  conduct themselves with honesty and integrity, make sacrifices, strive for excellence, persevere through adversity, and compete with dignity and pride while developing a commitment to teamwork and service on the court and in the community.  I want to do my part to make sure that every athlete I train and coach succeeds in their career and play at the highest level possible.
