the refs keep a "loose" 40 sec playclock. if you are moving along as you should you can push for the penalty and they will start counting out loud. but that goes both ways too.

As i said before not hitting the holes is a big problem. i dont teach sideline racing. i want my boys to run hard and straight. practice they do great but in the games they seem to run scared. i made a few changes and saw some good things this last week but also saw more bad things as well. we will see on saturday if the kids can reproduce what we are teaching all week in practice or if we will be 0-4.

The "center" as I stated is the oldest on the team and plays the position well. The main problem we are having is not hitting holes when they are there for all of the ball carriers and on defence giving up big plays on 3rd and long and 4th down.

And if I remember correctly (and I usually do) it wasn't poppa that intercepted yalls opening pass in the 1st game that year. It was the the Stimson boy. If we would have played the same squad we played the first week we would have smashed you. And Jersey in the dryer... that's a new story. We were told something different on game day.

Here we go. 3 kids had no player card. The president of the league had some mysterious email that said they could play. It was 2015 superbowl in lumberton. I still have the video of PA players slamming our kids down by the hair.

That kid has an arm for sure. dont thunk they wont pass on you. (wouldnt go as far as tom brady yet but good arm)

That boy is a 3rd yr peewee kid. He as put in the work and plays the position well. Other kids tried out for the spot and couldn't do it. There will always be growing pains with a young team.
