PROSPECTS BASEBALL TRY-OUT INFORMATION (Philippians 4:13) Prospects Baseball is getting ready for its 6th Season. The Prospects is an extremely competitive organization with teams winning Championships at all levels (Select (AA), Elite (AAA) and Premiere (Major)). Our Organization works hard to teach the game of baseball the right way. We will play hard and we demand good attitudes and a 100% effort. We guarantee a great baseball experience!! Prospects Baseball will be holding try-outs for the 2016-2017 season on Thursday July 28th at 6:00pm and Sunday, July 31st at 3:00pm at the PNG High School Baseball Field. Ages 7u, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 14u Detailed information about teams, coaches and dues will be provided at the try-outs. Please arrive 30 minutes early to register and warm-up. Prospects Baseball is also offering the opportunity to teams that are already in existence to join our Prospects Organization. Bring your entire team. Even if you do not have a complete team, call us. You can remain the coach of the team. Individual fees will be substantially less for playing on a dad coached team. The Prospects 13U Premiere team is looking for a couple of Premiere Players to finalize the roster. This team has been Premiere for the last couple of years and excited to have another great year. This Team is Coached by former PNG All State and Lamar University All American Eric Harrington and Former PNG and Former Houston Astros Minor League Catcher Jon Carnahan. Prospects will be having Make-up Try-outs for ages 9-13 this Sunday, September 13th, from 12:30 to 2:30 at Athletes Sports Training Facility.

ATHLETES SPORTS TRAINING FACILITY is proud to announce that Coach Jay Stone will be taking over as the new Athletes Facility Director and Prospects Baseball Director!!! Coach Jay Stone was a Coach and a Teacher for over 30 years. He was a head Baseball Coach for 20 years. His teams made the playoffs 19 times in 20 years. He coached 4 of those teams to the State Tournament. He was named Coach of the Year 3 times and was named as an All-Star Coach 4 times. Coach Stone also played college baseball at Lamar University. Coach Stone has just retired from his current position as a Assistant Principal and will be taking over as the new Athletes Facility Director and Prospects Baseball Director. Coach Stone has a Masters in Kinesiology and Educational Administration. Coach has dedicated his life to the youth in our area and has passion to teach and coach kids on how to be better athletes and better people. Coach Stone has been a trainer at Athletes for the last 4 years and will also be increasing his training schedule. Coach Stone is one of the most well respected coaches who has ever coached in this area and Athletes is proud that he has accepted this role!!
