  1. Unfortunately you're correct....What has transpired since Barbay left is a absolute embarrassment. If you ever wanted to see a blue print of how to kill a program look no further than Coldspring...It's a sh!t show plain and simple. Who the heck hires a head coach with a 5-34 record only to see him quit less than a year later. Unbelievable
  2. Jasper missing a couple of backs had something to do with that.
  3. Final - Woodville 34 Coldspring 7 Coldspring didn't score until Woodville let them. Scored late in 4th qtr after Woodville took out all their defensive starters which was actually set up by Woodville sending in their 2nd string QB and several other players to go for it on 4th & 5 from their own 36 yd line. It was almost as if they were trying to let CS score.
  4. Final: Coldspring 20 Elkhart 18 Neither team scored in the 2nd half. Coldspring (while trying to run out the clock) fumbled and turned the ball over inside their own 15 yard line with about 1:40 left in the game. Elkhart lost count of the down and spiked the ball on 4th down inside the Coldspring 5 yard line as time expired. Strange officiating calls and clock issues (clock being stopped and started incorrectly) made for one of strangest finishes to a game that I've ever seen.
  5. CS had a 2pt conversion attempt to tie the with less than 3 mins left in game. It was a strange game to watch. Diboll almost seemed disinterested. They were fortunate the game didn't go to overtime. Definitely the best game CS has played this year against against a team that many would consider a quality opponent.
