  1. There was a debate yesterday amongst some parents about recruiting at baseball practice. One side said that incoming freshmen are too young to start the recruitment process because coaches can't talk to them and the other side was saying that they are attending prospect camps to hopefully get on someone's radar. Does anyone have any experience or input on this debate? What's too early or too late?
  2. BH North 8a 34-8 over Cedar Bayou BH North 8b 22-18 over Cedar Bayou
  3. BH north 8a wins 22-13 over Crosby BH north 8b loses 27-0 to Crosby
  4. I agree 100% and didn't mean to stir up mess with my comment. Good luck to all yall's kiddos. I keep up and pull for the kids in that area that I remember even though we don't live there anymore. Big things in the future for alot kids in golden triangle in all sports with this age group.
  5. Maybe it would've been better to say look at those schools because they have players that made really good middle school teams. I'm not taking anything away from the kids on the list because I've seen most of them play and are very good athlete's including yours. Most of it was for linemen from the 3 schools I mentioned. Btw, BH has more then 2 or 3.
  6. Last year when we played ya'll, our big back was hurt and didn't play. I'm not saying that made a difference, but it could've been a different outcome. We have several bruising backs. I guess we will see. I don't see ya'll beating Gentry. :D
  7. For the golden triangle area, you better look at WOS and PNG for some players as well as Lumberton. Those are the groups that throttled most of the players your putting on that list.
  8. I don't see anyone stopping the BH North A team runningbacks. Period. The only way they lose is if they turnover the ball and that hasn't happened this year very often. We'll see how the Crosby and Dayton games play out. Gentry QB is incredible. The kid threw one pass over 50 yards in the air, a WR #22 that can scoot, and #24, who is the fastest and probably best pure RB in the district. You just have to hope you out score them. I wish those kids would move to BH. :D
  9. BH north 8a beat Gentry 47-34 BH north 8b lost to Gentry 23-13
  10. BH North 8A beat Gentry 47-34 Gentry 8B beat BH north 23-13
  11. Can LSU get some love? I know we don't look that great, but the two losses are to #1 and #8. I see them between #20 and #25.
  12. Kind of, but with alot bigger RB's. BH North has bruiser RB's. This ought to be a good one.
