If this has been happening all of district, then why is there only one forfeit? Seems like it only happened once since there is only one loss on their record. Have you been at all of their games to see this happening mom? #GeauxPokes

BC does have a women's coordinator. Base salary pay is definitely different though, those numbers are on each districts website.

I do not see her leaving either. She has too much talent coming down the pipeline and will be in the playoffs for several years to come.

You are correct 409. The OLB's look like they could play defensive end, but then again so do the ones that are playing there already! I did see #0 cover down the field about 30 yards and make an unbelievable jumping deflection in the end zone. One of the most impressive things I've seen from somebody that big.

Are you sure you are talking about the defensive ends dropping into coverage or the outside linebackers? I have seen Lumberton play this year and they run a 3-4 on defense. If they were dropping their ends, then they would only be rushing 1 player. I know against HF, they sent a lot of pressure, just couldn't get to QB.

You have to throw Zack Sonnier from LCM in the equation.  He has 69 catches on the season with 1 game still to play.  I think the next closest is 39.

2nd week in a row seeing the same offense for LCM. THe are coming off an emotional victory and still have a legitimate shot at the playoffs. Don't sell the bears short. They have defeated every wing/slot T team they have faced this year. Should be a good game.

as i said on a previous post, i never unberestimate an opponent. I'm sure LC-M is new and improved, but we are also. I hope we come to play again. If Our defense plays lites out, and our offense click on all cylinders, i think I'll appreciate the outcome ;D Hope the defense shows up this week. Seems like Vidor and Central both forgot to play that side of the ball. This one could be a shoot out!

Like I said, I don't have any ties to either place. I don't mind each school's fans going back and forth over who will win. I do think each fan base are taking things personally like a bunch of children. I'm just ready to see this district start and see who pulls it off. Both are 100% improved from last year and are confident and hungry. Good luck Indians and Good luck Bears!!

What would you Indian fans be saying if the Bear faithful laughed when you thought you had a chance this week? You would throw a fit and wonder what LCM has done to justify that. That is the thing LCM fans are wondering. What had PNG done to justify simply showing up Friday and wining a game. They are 3-0 and that is great. LCM is 2-1 which is very good. All I know is that from reading this, there is no respect for the bears. If they beat PNG, will you guys give them any love?????

Just curious. What causes PNG to believe that LCM has no chance to compete? It isn't everybody on the board, but there are some who basically laugh at the thought the LCM will even get on the bus and play Friday. Neither team has won a district game (because they haven't played any), so I don't understand why the Indians are going to win just because of their name. I don't have a dog in the hunt, but the name PNG doesn't strike fear into me and I doubt it does in LCM either. How about this for a prediction: This will be a great game with one team pulling it out in the end. Who will it be? Show up Friday and find out. The PLAYERS will decide the outcome, not one school's name, reputation, or egotistical fans.

Did everybody forget about Johnny Dishon from BC?

Coaching in 4a and 5a does not make you the most qualified. A number of big school coaches do not do well in the small school setting. Hire who you think best fits Orangefield.

Everybody "was there". There were also cameras there too. That eye witness never lies. We'll have to wait and see what he says. Of course, some of you will probably argue with that too.

Some of you guys on here are wasting your time arguing with a kid on here about what happened. There were plenty of witnesses, and the truth will come out. If the student did hit a police officer, then he will and should be charged with assault on a public servant. If he didn't, then that will come out too. I wish sometimes people would just let the proper authorities handle things instead of telling everybody else what should happen. If you want to be in charge and make the rules and punishments, get the proper education and do so!
