Congratulations to all of the advancing bands and better luck next year to those who will be staying home next Saturday.

The thing about being an Indian is that you're an Indian, no matter what. It doesn't matter if you play soccer or a tuba, if you're on the football team or the drill team, or if you lead the cheers or the jeers. You still bleed that PN-G purple and white.

How were the field conditions?

The mud was soft, but it wasn't terrible. Luckily, the conditions of the LC-M field weren't all that different from the current conditions of the field we practice on, so we were essentially in our natural element. However, there were some problems with the hash marks and numbers out on the field. I suppose the rain faded them quite a bit, and, because of this, we were having a difficult time trying to figure out where we were.
